- 'Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings' - meetings hosted by the Board of Directors at the pool cabana
- 'Janitorial' Services - general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas
- 'Irrigation' Services - wet-check of irrigation system performed by contracted landscaping company
- 'Landscaping' Services - lawn mowing, trimming and edging performed by the contracted landscaping company
- 'Pool' Maintenance - service of the pool performed by the contracted pool maintenance company
- 'Pest Control' - termite and general pest treatment in the common areas performed by the contracted pest control company
- 'Trash Pick-Up' - pre-scheduled trash pick-ups by Waste Management
